What is walnut oil?

Cold pressed walnut oil is made out of dry Romanian walnuts and it is a 100% natural oil, with multiple benefits for the human organism.

The technology we use (that of cold pressing) helps preserve the natural taste, specific to walnuts, and allows us to obtain a higher amount of nutrients, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, etc, compared to other products on the market (either cold pressed or refined products).

How do we recognize it?

Cold pressed walnut oil is the colour of topaz and has a very rich and pleasant taste, with a specific thickness and a nutty flavour.

What does the walnut oil contain?

Walnuts are rich in phytonutrients, being an excellent source of selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, iron and calcium. Walnut oil is also rich in Omega 3, vitamins B1, B2 and B3, vitamin E and niacin. The oil also contains melatonin, a hormone that helps the body’s biological clock.

Regular consumption of walnuts can help prevent several illnesses, but the most important advantage is that eating walnuts (and walnut oil) decreases the risks of coronary heart problems.

The benefits of walnut oil

Storage conditions:

Storage temperature: 15-20 degrees C. After opening, the oil can be used for two months, if kept in cold places (even in the fridge), far from direct sunlight.
